How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Adaline Hairs (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different length or color of hair. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

OKAY LADDIES LEMME TELL YOU!!! Wig fit is perfect, edges blend right in use your own edges or the wigs. Wet or dry brushed it is soft and fluffy. Little to no shedding shedding. I would definitely get another glue less wig again. Good for a quick on the go especially for my fellow moms.
Good quality hair wore it for about a month now and it’s holding great only thing it’s sheds a little when I brush through but that’s expected with curly hair

It’s very soft, doesn’t really have a smell. It needs some make up or tint at the front of the lace to make it match my complexion. The length is really nice. Will definitely purchase again.
i really love this wig! it’s so beautiful and soft. curls are amazing and it’s so easy to style! definitely a beginner’s wig—only thing to note is that it has a weird smell, kinda like dye and when i washed it, it bled a lil bit, but other than that it’s perfect.

The texture is good and the hair is beautiful itself. The lace is okay it could be WAY better for a glueless wig but I made it work. Knots took twice to bleach and the they were small. No smell, minimal shedding.
I never comment! But now I have to! This is the best wig ever!! And the price wow puree! I just had to put on my foundation because the lace was downright White transparent! I'll let you see! I took a 20 inch frankly I love, we wait to see if the wig is durable
SIS JUST GET THE WIG!!! This pic is before I added glue to get the melt. I did minimum plucking and didn’t have to flat iron the top or anything. It came all set! This is a real review, I haven’t spoken to this company at all!

I bought this hair for myself a few months ago in 14 inches and my sister in law kept telling me how good it looked. So I bought this one for her as an early Christmas present, and she loves it. Can't wait until she installs it.
just as described and shipped quickly. You'll definitely have to tint the lace or apply makeup to it but it's super soft. all I did was spray it down with spray bottle filled with water abd conditioner. The curls are lovely. I'm trying to grow my hair back out and my friends and family thought my hair grew super fast lol. It did have a little smell but the water and coconut conditioner helped. Barely any shedding and easy to detailed so far. it's only been 4 days but I've slept in it and no problems. It also came with some lashes and hd wig caps. I will leave an update in about a month.
Hi Hair is nice quality. Had to customize the lace a bit with lace tent and cut just a bit of the lace. I will order again but a longer length bc the lengths now are not as long as back in the day! I will but again nice wet and wavy! Fast delivery . I am a real person lol

This wig did not come off at all. It's absolutely ideal for beginners, it's ready to wear right out of the package and has been pre-cut and practically glueless, 10/10 for sure.
