How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Adaline Hairs (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different length or color of hair. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

This is my second time purchasing this hair this time I bought a longer length. I love the quality of the wig. My main and only issue is the strong smell of the unit. Thankfully the smell goes away after the first wash.

Hair was dipper soft and you could just Throw in on and brush it than you out.

If you love a glueless wig than purchase this unit. The bangs were a little long but that let me customize it for me. I clipped the bangs and it was perfect.

if you are someone who is busy you need this wig because of the quality it is not expensive,it’s silky and supple, there’s not much to do other than add some shiny spray, to the fringe just adjust it to your preferred length, you can give it the style you like.I recommend it!
This wig has a very nice density to it. I must say I am very impressed with this 12 in bob. Very full, feels thicker than the average wig, and has a nice natural texture very similar to my natural hair texture when straightened or relaxed. The bangs are nice and full but may need slight trimming to fit your face structure. Has bleached knots, combs, adjustable straps to adjust the cap size, and a removable elastic band that can also be adjusted for that perfect and most secure fit! Definitely going to be my favorite winter unit! Get you one!! Also if you have any issues with the product or shipping, don’t hesitate to reach out to the seller first. They are very responsive and work to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I rate everything 5 stars because good customer service and honest products are hard to find.

Perfect
Let’s just say this wig is true to its length, affordable and the density seems to be as described. There’s no visible shedding nor tangling of the hair I like how the bang is cut and how the wig falls in the “wear and go category” I haven’t tried applying any heat to the hair but it seems to be 100% human hair which is a plus because most vendors tend to mix their hair with fiber. I’ll insert a few pictures of what the hair looks like in real time☺️

I love it, the hair is very good, it can be ironed, I recommend washing the wig before putting it on because that way the hair becomes more abundant, but I love it, it is very pretty❤️

This is my first wig from a more or less expensive segment, and I am pleased with the quality of the hair. They feel soft to the touch and are easily combed and almost do not fall out. But the volume in the roots is created using short hair (2-3cm), so it looks a little strange. I also had to work on the hair in the ear area as there is no room for it. The back of the wig is also too long. I plan to dye the wig a lighter shade, so I'll update my review later. The order arrived in 12 days.
